Once a client’s case is opened, we will define at the earliest stage in our retainer letter the “effective means” of communication via a particular email address/telephone number/fax number/postal address for future contact. Our firm will not be liable for any negligence of not reading the documents relating to arbitration proceedings if the client send out the notice to us via our office generic address.

Apart from the scope of the exemption of the Ordinance, you have the right to make inquiries to us regarding updating or stopping us from using your personal information for promotional purposes except for those who have already made the delete request to us from our database after proper usage.
