It is strictly not to be used for the service of any documents which may attract legal implications in terms of court proceedings and litigation procedures. Once a client’s case is opened, we will define at the earliest stage in our retainer letter the “effective means” of communication via a particular email address/telephone number/fax number/postal address for future contact. Our firm will not be liable for any negligence of not reading the documents relating to arbitration proceedings if the client send out the notice to us via our office generic address.
