According to the Legal Practitioners Ordinance, the Solicitors’ Practice Rules, Foreign Lawyers Practice Rules and the Practice Directions in the prerequisite of CEPA, 2 or more local firms can be practised in association; or a local firm can be practised in association with an overseas firm which has no place of business in Hong Kong.

Pursuant to CEPA, our firm was granted a licence by the Ministry of Justice of the PRC to form an ‘Association’ with a PRC law firm, namely, Right Word Law Firm (Guangdong) on 3rd February 2009. Our Guangzhou Office has then formally established an ‘Association’ practice with Right Word Law Firm (Guangdong) at 32nd Floor, Tower 4, Dong-Jun Plaza, 836 Dong Feng Road East, Guangzhou, PRC with effect from 9th September 2009.
