Guangzhou Representative Office
On 8th January 2004, a licence was granted by the Ministry of Justice of the PRC to us to set up a Representative Office in Guangzhou, PRC. Our Representative Office was then officially opened on 5 June 2004. Our senior partner, Mr. Ho Kwan Chu, Casey is our leading representative in the Guangzhou Office. The address of our Guangzhou Office was first located at Unit 05, 33rd Floor, Tower 4, Dong-Jun Plaza, 836 Dong Feng Road East, Guangzhou, PRC. Then on 3 February 2009, pursuant to CEPA, our firm was further granted another licence by the Ministry of Justice of the PRC to form an ‘Association’ with a PRC law firm, namely, Right Word Law Firm (Guangdong). Our Guangzhou Office from then moved to 32nd Floor, Tower 4, Dong-Jun Plaza, 836 Dong Feng Road East, Guangzhou, PRC to establish an ‘Association’ practice with Right Word Law Firm (Guangdong) with effect from 9th September 2009.

Our five main areas of services at Guangzhou are

of clients or law firms in the PRC in order to handle
legal affairs relating to the laws of Hong Kong;

from Hong Kong to retain PRC law firms to handle matters
in relation to the laws of PRC;

with law firms in the PRC with a view to promoting and
enhancing our legal services to clients; and |

commercial environments in China.
